2. The spiral duct through the wall or floor shall be provided with steel casing, and the weld shall not be placed in the casing. The steel casing shall be flush with the wall or floor, or the bottom of the floor, but shall be 20mm higher than the ground . The space between the spiral duct and the casing shall be filled with heat insulation or other non-combustible materials, and shall not be used as the support of the pipeline.

B. Key points for the manufacture and installation of spiral ducts and dust collectors

1. The installation and removal of the duster should be in the correct position, firm and stable, the import and export direction must meet the design requirements, the allowable deviation of verticality should not be greater than 2mm per meter, and the total deviation should not be greater than 10mm.

2. The inlet and outlet of the spiral duct and the dust collector should be straight, the discharge pipe of the cylinder and the cone should be coaxial, and the eccentricity should not be greater than 2mm.

3. The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the spiral duct and the outer diameter of the dust collector cylinder or the rectangular outer dimension should not be greater than 5%, and the inner and outer surfaces should be smooth and uniform in curvature.

C. The main points of installation and operation of the spiral duct on the ventilator

1. The exposed part of the transmission device of the spiral duct of the ventilator should be equipped with a protective cover. When the air inlet or the air inlet pipe of the ventilator is directly connected to the atmosphere, a protective net or other measures should be installed.

2. If the base of the spiral duct of the ventilator is directly placed on the foundation without using a shock-absorbing device, a pair of inclined horns shall be used for leveling.

3. The air inlet and outlet pipes of the spiral duct of the ventilator should have separate supports and be firmly connected to the foundation or other buildings. When the spiral duct is connected to the fan, the flange surface should not be hard-drawn or unstressed. , The case should not bear the weight of other parts to prevent deformation.
