5. The raw materials used for construction have been perfected, the material certification documents and qualification certificates are perfect, the various index values conform to the design regulations, and the zonal supervisor has passed the inspection and approved for use.
6. The ladders, shelves, and lighting fixtures used for construction have been inspected and perfected.
