Ventilation ducts can create a good environment for welding workshops

Dec 20, 2021

When designing air ducts, we must take into account that welding itself is a labor-intensive type of work, and a large amount of toxic metal fumes will be generated during the welding process, and then electric welding dust and harmful will be generated. Gas and its radiant heat and light pollution, as far as these facets are concerned, will seriously affect the health of the staff or the surrounding personnel.

When designing ventilation ducts, on the one hand, clean air must be used to dilute the harmful concentration in indoor air. At the same time, attention must be paid to continuously exhaust the polluted air outdoors to make harmful substances in the indoor air. The concentration does not exceed the highest allowable concentration specified by the sanitary standard. Generally speaking, ventilation must also be based on the air exchange rate or the number of air exchanges in the plant, so the plant is kept clean.
