Several methods used for bottom welding of stainless steel duct engineering

Welding joints can usually be rotationally welded, which is easy to ventilate. This is usually the method of sealing and ventilating the welded joints in the pipeline with a plugging plate for bottom welding, and at the same time, the outside is sealed with adhesive cloth. When welding, the process of ventilating in advance and lagging the air should be adopted, and the outer side of the glue should be torn off. Because the blocking plate is composed of rubber and tinplate, it is not easy to ventilate, and it is difficult to remove the blocking plate with water-soluble paper to block it. At the same time, the outer side is sealed with adhesive tape to paste the weld seam.

1. A blocking plate is used on the back for blocking and ventilation protection;

2. Use only soluble paper or a combination of soluble paper and blocking plate for blocking and ventilating protection;

3. TIG welding with flux-cored wire for bottoming;

4. TIG welding is used for bottom TIG welding with coated welding wire.
