Installation Precautions For Ventilation Ducts
Aug 15, 2022
1. When the air duct is connected with the fan, a soft joint should be added between the air inlet and outlet, and the section size of the soft joint should be consistent with the air inlet and outlet of the fan. The hose parts can generally be made of white canvas, artificial leather and other materials. The length of the hose should not be less than 200, and the tightness should be appropriate. The hose can buffer the vibration of the fan.
2. Before the air duct is connected to the dust collector equipment, heating equipment, etc., it should be prefabricated and installed according to the design drawings of the actual surveying and mapping project after the installation of the machine equipment.
3. When the air duct is installed, the inlet and air inlet should be given the edge of the hole during the prefabrication of the air duct. If the air outlet needs to be opened on the air duct after the installation, the connection should be tight.
4. When conveying gas containing condensed water or relatively large moisture content, the leveling pipeline should be inclined and connected to the drainage pipeline at the bottom point. When installing, the bottom end of the air duct is not easy to have longitudinal joints, and the joints at the bottom edge should be sealed.
5. For thick steel plate air ducts that transport flammable, flammable and explosive gases, a grounding wire should be installed at the connection flange of the air duct and connected to an electrostatic induction grounding grid.
6. When the relative height of the horizontal air duct is above 4m, the installation staff should wear seat belts. The starting point and springboard on the scaffold or mobile support frame should be fixed well, and the total width of the starting point and the springboard should comply with safety regulations. The installation staff on the scaffold should bring an electrician's tool kit to avoid special tools or hand drills and other objects falling and causing injury.
