Auto Duct Line II can be used for the material supply of HVAC duct manufacturers. On the other hand, we can provide sheet metal for TDF flanges. The functions mainly include leveling, grooving, grooving and cutting. This machine can be used with TDF flange forming machine, Pittsburgh lock forming machine, hemming machine and corner machine. The use of aluminum alloy cantilever makes the operation of the machine more convenient. Built-in control cabinet, the overall structure reduces wiring and is convenient to move. In addition, the basic configuration also includes One electric Decoiler(with 2 coils), One set of leveling and pressing unit, One hydraulic Notching unit and Four sets of molds, One hydraulic shearing unit, One set of CNC system and software. We can also provide 2 Decoilers (with 4 coils) according to customer requirements. We have both CNC HVAC duct production lines that can automatically make ventilation ducts, as well as split machines that are easier to move and operate. For the auto duct line II machine, it's very easy to operate because it's usually used to finish leveling, beading, notching and shearing 4 steps. But the machine is also suitable for upgrading to Auto Duct Line IV and auto Duct Line V in the future. It will be more saving cost, improving efficiency and saving labor.
