Features
Auto Duct Line III is composed of Decoiler, leveling machine slotting unit, "V" and "square" slotting unit, cutting unit, and bending unit. The standard "V" and "square" slotting devices are used for TDF flange ducts, and the "square" slotting device can also be used to produce TDC flanges. The bending unit can be made into a right angle to match Pittsburgh, or the sheet metal can be bent into a "square" or "L" shape. Greatly improve the utilization rate of the board, reduce labor intensity, and reduce labor. The electrical control part of the production line adopts full servo control; the control system has a closed-loop feedback system, and the accuracy and stability are obviously improved. The maximum operating speed is 18m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm; the diagonal tolerance is ±0.8mm. The system can meet the production capacity of 1500m² air duct per shift (8 hours). Auto Duct Line III can drive pipe blanking. At the same time, it is very suitable for diversified production such as TDF/angle steel/plug-in flange forming. Angle steel flanges and plug-in flanges can be automatically bent into square pipes.
