How To Clean Spiral Duct With Spiral Duct Machine?

Vacuum suction: Operation is carried out with a vacuum suction tube similar to a hand-held one. Use a brush to directly touch the inner wall of the pipe to clean the dirt. This method requires the duct to have a large manhole so that the operator can reach it as much as possible, but this method may miss a local dust and dirt because the duct cannot form a complete negative pressure condition. The following methods can form negative pressure conditions. Power scrubbing: Dirt is brushed with a pneumatic or electric brush, and then the dirt is sucked into the vacuum collector in the same way and direction as gas flushing. This method requires that care be taken as much as possible so as not to damage the appearance of the insulation. Gas flushing: This method delivers compressed air with the help of a hose with nozzles connected to the air duct. The nozzles are designed so that compressed air drives dust and dirt in. The dirt and dust that has been dried by the compressed air are transported down the duct to the vacuum container. Spiral ducts are characterized by round, non-welded, non-leaking, and non-leaking.
