Description

Round flange forming machine operating rules:

Operators should be familiar with equipment performance and operation methods.
Put on your protective gear and tie your cuffs.
Before work, carefully check whether the oil level of the transmission box is normal, whether the transmission gear and the inner and outer rollers are worn, whether the conveyor belt clearance is suitable, and whether the equipment grounding (zero) is reliable.
When working, according to the diameter of the coil Angle flange, adjust the pressing stroke of the upper roll; Adjust the gap between the inner roller and the outer roller according to the thickness of the Angle steel.
In the work, attention should be concentrated to prevent being crushed by the roller wheel.
Disconnect the main power supply when maintaining the equipment.
