The u shape auto duct production line adopts U-shaped structure, the equipment is arranged compactly, and the floor space is small, which not only saves the production space, but also reduces the sheet material conveying time. The production efficiency is high (about 20-23 seconds/piece), and it is suitable for small and medium-sized workshop. It can automatically complete the following processing once time: leveling, grooving, hydraulic notching and punching, size-fixed cutting, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, angle-iron flange forming and auto folding. And automatically bend into "L", "U", "口" - shaped air ducts, with the advantages of extremely high degree of automation, high efficiency, labor-saving, and material-saving.
The function of U-shaped line pipe is basically the same as that of rectangular pipeline V, which can automatically complete uncoiling, leveling, rib pressing, slotting and punching, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, and angle iron flange forming. The maximum feed speed of the u shaped duct line pipe is 16 m/min and the length tolerance is ±0.5 mm.
