1. this line consists of feeding shelf, leveling and grooving device, hydraulic notching and punching device, hydraulic plate-shearing machine, displacement-type pittsburgh lock former, automatic feeding platform, double-driven TDF flange former(or single-hem angle iron flange former) and full-automatic computer control system.
2. the punching and plate-shearing parts of the lines are driven by hydraulic mode. this line is effective and efficient, saves space.
3. It is very suitable for manufacturing TDF, TDC, angle iron flange with another hydraulic folder.
4. The maximum feeding speed of this production line can be up to 16m/min, length tolerance is ±0.5mm.
5. The computer system adopts closed-loop feedback system which guarantees high precision.
