It is also composed of material racks, leveling and beading, sharp punching unit and square punching unit, cutting unit, biting unit, pushing manipulator unit, dual-machine linkage angle iron & TDF flange forming unit, automatic bending unit In addition to the above standard configuration, these two air duct production lines can also be equipped with supporting hole punching units, punching units and forming units required for C & S flange connections, and U-shaped duct production lines. It can be equipped with the snap-type biting unit required for processing small-size air ducts, which is a true automatic production line. The biggest feature of these two production lines is: High production efficiency, capable of manufacturing small cross-section "□" air ducts. The minimum cross-section processing can be as small as 200×200mm common-plate flanged duct.
