Hydraulic Rolling Machine

The pre-bending function makes the straight side narrower, and even a small round tube with a diameter of 100mm can be rounded. It can be used to produce round air pipes with round air pipe lock stitching machine and round air pipe lock sewing machine. Combined with manual worm gear and eccentric gear device, the machine can quickly move the side rollers up and down to improve efficiency. The plate rolling machine adopts a precision indexing mechanism structure to ensure the synchronization of the three rollers working at the same time. The vertical movement of the bottom roll and the side roll is controlled by the lifting screw to realize rolling of different diameters. Round duct processing machines include electric plate bending machines, round duct lock forming machines, round duct seaming machines and round duct grooving machines. All these machines can make a complete circular duct.
