The flange roll forming machine is for making rectangular duct connectors. Slip on Flange is one of the two universal rectangular duct flange making systems in the world. It can save time and material drastically with its well-seal, strong and durable joint structure.
So Slip on Flange Roll Form Machines is much suitable for producing a duct with a large sectional area.
Flange roll former is widely used for manufacturing T-20 mm, T-30, T-40 wide slide on frame flange etc. Custom flange profiles can be offered on request. The Slip on Flange lines can also be equipped with a device for injection of sealing mastic directly during the forming process.
Flange Roll Former Machine is consisted of decoiler, main forming units and cutting system. There are two kind of cutting system, one is simple grinding wheel cutter and the other is automatic cutting with high cutting speed upto 6m/min.
