1.The frame adopts full steel welding structure with great rigidity.
2.There are two stations on the gorelocker-elbow lock forming station and elbow seam locking station. All these two stations are driven by independent hydraulic oil tank! That makes the machine running automatically, accurately and in very fast speed of max. 120m/min.
3.This hydraulic duct elbow making machine handles a variety of duct materials and gauges to make elbows from 125mm-1250mm.
4.The materials it supports are black steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum and etc.

Traditionally,tubes connecting and pressing is finished by handwork.But our company developed and produced elbow making machine that can connect tubes by machine with profect efficiency,good seal and stability.It`s easy to operate and it can process tubes with different diameter.It replaced the traditional handwork method totally.It suits such industries as ventilation,refrigeration,environment protection protection project.There`re two styles of elbow notching machine:electric and hydraulic,with two working location both,one is used to process single and double profile,and the other is uesd to connect and press.
